An even blend of Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer from the Bannwarth family’s vineyards in Obermorschwihr. After pressing, the wine fermented outside in fibreglass vats for six months, before a year of rest in old barriques. This wows with lifted aromas of lime, white flowers and spice with a pleasant bitterness at the finish.
