A beautiful expression of Vermentino from bush vines planted over clay and limestone some 430 metres above sea level. The grapes were fermented on the skins for two days, before being pressed off to old wooden casks for a year of rest. Compact and powerful, it is all Sicilian almonds, sea salt and spice and screams for a beautiful fish off the grill.
