L’As des Années Folles


A masterly pet nat based on roughly equal parts of Chenin Blanc and Pinot d’Aunis, this began its life in cuve, was transferred to bottle before the fermentation finished and spent two years on lees before being disgorged by hand. The process has leant depth and complexity to the wine’s fine bubbles and a delicate palate of little red fruits.
