A real treat from the family’s cellar, this beautiful sparkling rosé is mostly of Pineau d’Aunis, with a touch of Chenin. Pale salmon-pink, its delicate bubbles carry complex flavours of grapefruit, sea salt and minerals, making for a pétillant of rare finesse. Just a handful of magnums made it to our shores.
