A blend of two thirds Savagnin and a third Chardonnay from the oldest certified organic vineyard in the Jura, near L’Étoile in the region’s south. This was pressed directly to fût for over two years of élevage. The result is a wine of great energy and complexity which displays a pleasant richness and generosity of fruit seasoned with salt, minerals and spice. A wine of impeccable balance, which will age gracefully for many years to come.
