A roughly 80:20 blend of Grolleau and Cabernet Franc which ferment with whole bunches for three weeks, before being pressed off to rest for nine months in fibreglass vats. In this cooler vintage, the Cabernet Franc gives beautiful aromas of pepper and spice. This is an enticing, joyful wine that is high on charm.
