A beautiful example of Grolleau from a cooler vintage. This was fermented with whole bunches for three weeks and spent nine months in fibreglass vats. It sums up everything we love about the grape and reds from this part of the world. It is full of wild, brambly fruit and has a wonderful earthy quality to it. This might just be the perfect wine for everyday drinking.
