This gorgeous sparkling rosé is made from a direct press of Pineau d’Aunis that began fermentation in cuve, spent a year sur lattes and was disgorged by hand. A hazy shade of sunset in the glass, its delicate bubbles carry varietal notes of strawberry and cracked pepper, whilst the texture is all chalk, salt and citrus. A brilliant aperitif from one of the masters of pétillants.
