From a beautiful parcel of Petite Sirah planted over three hundred metres above sea level. The bush vines are planted over a complex terroir of clay, limestone and blue marl and the fruit is destemmed and fermented on the skins for a fortnight, before being pressed to old barriques for three years of elévage. Deep, dark and rustic, it is fragrant with sunkissed fruit, black olive and brine. A heady wine that really captures the wildness of the Ardéche.
