Merlot from twenty year old vines hidden away in the hills, which undergoes around a month of carbonic maceration followed by élevage in old barrels for ten months. This impresses with a cascade of brambly fruits, just the right amount of earth and savoury funk and a cleansing line of acidity that keeps you coming back for more.
