Made in collaboration with his friend Cati Ribot, this beautiful rosado is a blend of Prensal Blanc from the 2020 harvest at Cati’s and Callet from his own harvest in 2021. The former was macerated for three days, pressed and aged in old casks for a year, whilst the latter was fermented for a fortnight as a mix of destemmed grapes and whole bunches. The two were blended and bottled to produce a pale, peach coloured wine. Gentle notes of pithy grapefruit, salt and minerals are framed by the faintest of tannins, making for a rosé of real intrigue.
