L’Ombra Turbo


A classic vin de soif made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a little Raboso. It sees carbonic maceration in cement for a couple of weeks, before being pressed off to vat. It is bottled young, by-the-litre and brimming with the energy of youth. A litre is barely enough.
