Grechetto Rosso (aka Sangiovese) from a single vineyard of forty year old vines. The grapes are de-stemmed and spend three weeks on skins in cuve, followed by a year resting in chestnut casks. This is at once more concentrated and elegant that the Rosso, a little more mineral and fine.
