This beautiful maceration of Moscato is fermented on the skins for two weeks in concrete vats, before being pressed off to old botti for two years of ageing. The nose is incredibly inviting, with gentle notes of mandarin, minerals and spice, while the fruit is framed by neat tannins and a finish that is whistle clean.
