We’ve been waiting for this to arrive since tasting it from botti a few years ago. This Moscato spends two weeks fermenting on the skins in concrete, before being pressed off to botti for eighteen months. With an inviting note of wild mint, firm tannins and a pleasant bitterness to the finish. A delicate, complex orange wine that doesn’t scream and shout.
