Banyuls-sur-Mer, Roussillon



A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre, half the fruit was fermented as whole bunches for a week, the rest given a direct press. While remaining light on its feet, the flavours are resolutely Mediterranean, with dark, sunkissed fruit seasoned with savoury notes of black olive, garrigue and brine.
