This beautiful rosé is the only wine Catherine was able to produce from her own vines in 2021. It is made from a direct press of roughly equal parts of Hybrids from an old farmer down the road and Catherine’s Gamay, aged in terracotta jars for nine months. A vivid, hazy shade of pink in the glass, it piles on the charm with gentle notes of wild strawberries, blood orange and minerals, making for an achingly pure wine of real finesse.
