From young vines of Syrah. The fruit is given a two-week carbonic maceration before pressing and finishes fermentation in 500 litre casks, where the wine remains for a year. A wine inspired by the time both Clem and Gianmarco have spent working with vignerons in France and the affinity the grape seems to have with volcanic soils. Bottled only in magnum, the wine was named after their daughter Marta, who also drew the label. A delicate, lifted take on Syrah.
