This vibrant rosado is made from a blend of white (Prensal Blanc from Cati Ribot’s vineyards in Santa Margalida) and red (Callet and Fogoneau from Eloi’s old vines in Felanitx) grapes. Each of the varieties was picked, fermented and aged separately in vats and blended after a year of rest. A brilliant, hazy shade of purple in the glass, it offers waves of refreshment via tart, sour red berries, blood orange and brine.
