Clementine and Gianmarco’s olive groves are set amongst their beautiful vineyards on the volcanic shores of Lago di Bolsena. This harvest is made of local varieties Moraiolo, Canino and Frantoio. Much like their wines it is pure, vibrant and intense, offering a wonderful sense of place.
