This remarkable wine is made from a selection of the most concentrated bunches of Procanico from their old vineyards. The grapes were destemmed and the wine spent a month macerating before being pressed to amphorae for a year and finally, moved to old barrels for a further two years of rest. This warm, dry vintage has produced a deep, powerful wine of great concentration. Offering layers of dried fruit, warm spice and bitter herbs, it has a presence that is truly one of a kind.
