A blend of Sauvignon, Vermentino and Roussanne that spends five days on skins and a year under flor in an old Vin Jaune barrel from the 1980′s donated by his friend Jean-Francois Ganevat. The fruit is ripe and dense, while the élevage under flor has lent a beautiful saline note, balance and complexity. A serious wine at the beginning of a very long life.
