Grenache from vines up to fifty years old planted over granite and schist between three and four hundred metres above sea level. The grapes were harvested over two passages, fermented as whole bunches for around a month, before being pressed to old barrels of various sizes for a year of elévage. A wine of deep colour and gorgeous perfume, it pairs dark fruit, minerals and brine to beautiful effect, offering the kind of depth and harmony that suggest a long life ahead.
