Aleatico from their “Le Spiaggette” vineyard vinified with carbonic maceration for two weeks. After pressing, it continued to ferment without skins for about a month before being racked and prepared for bottling at the end of March. A wine of almost ethereal lightness, with a delicate perfume and exotic flavours of hibiscus and rose, there is a pleasant amaro-like bitterness to the finish that makes this even more refreshing than usual. A real joy to drink.
