Chardonnay from young vines planted over limestone in Alice’s ‘Poussot’ vineyard in Arbois, pressed directly and aged in cuve until the following spring. As always this is an immediate, invigorating take on Jurassic Chardonnay, distilling it down to its most essential elements of ripe citrus, hazy minerals and a clean, salty finish.
