Langhe, Piemonte

A beautiful sparkling Moscato from vines up to forty years old planted over chalk. This began its life in concrete, and was put into bottle in April, along with a little juice from the same harvest to bring about the second fermentation. It has an incredibly appetising perfume, while on the palate it is whistle clean and a little salty on the finish. With no additions, it’s difficult to limit yourself to one bottle.
