Gewürztraminer from vines planted over granite in Scherwiller. Due to the warmth of the vintage, Léo harvested the grapes a little earlier to retain freshness, macerated them for two days and pressed them slowly to old casks for eight months of rest. The result is a hazy, zesty and pithy wine that is all pomelo, grapefruit and lime. An invigorating wine that makes for a wonderful apéritif.
