Whilst this iconic rosé never ceases to impress, this might be one of the best yet. The grapes come from a fifty year old parcel of Aleatico planted some five hundred metres above sea level and are pressed directly and aged in a combination of old barrels and porcelain amphorae. Reflecting the freshness of the vintage, this is pale, nuanced and whistle clean, offering delicate notes of minerals, blood orange and rose.
