A true field blend of Aleatico, Procanico, Malvasia Toscana, Verdello and Drupeggio from forty five year old vines planted over sandy loams. This spent three days on skins, followed by six months in vat making for a rosato of real charm. With a gentle perfume of red fruits and flowers and a refreshing bitterness, it is a fantastic aperitif.
