Nebbiolo that over-delivers in every way, this comes from vines of more than fifty years old planted over granite from the lower parts of their parcels across the various crus at around four hundred metres above sea level. The grapes were macerated for a month in tini, before being pressed off to chestnut casks until the following spring. From a cool, classic vintage this is the perfect introduction to the kind of pale, delicate and perfumed Mountain Nebbiolo this family does so well.
