A blend of equal parts of Trebbiano and Sauvignon from thirty five year old vines planted over clay in the hills around Orvieto. The grapes were pressed directly to vats and bottled young, full of energy. Pale, straw yellow in the glass, this is a simple yet uplifting wine that sings with a summertime perfume of citrus and wildflowers. Pithy, tart and bone dry, it is very much suited to time spent outside in the sunshine.
