Sans Raison au Coeur des Raisins

From forty year old vines planted over clay and limestone, this is one of the most unique rosé wines we have tried, though it almost transcends the genre. Grenache Noir is given a gentle press and aged in old barrels for just under a year. The nose is incredibly complex, with oxidative notes and vibrant fruit, while the palate offers a compact structure, with salt and acid in spades.
