A roughly equal blend of white (Catarratto) and red (Pignatello) grapes which spend seven months on skins in terracotta amphorae from Spain which Gabrio has buried in the vineyard. Full of bright, cherry-like fruit and exotic spice, this is lively, mineral and wonderfully fragrant.
