From a fifty year old parcel of Macabeo planted over clay and limestone around five hundred metres above sea level, this was macerated on the skins for just a day before being pressed to vat for a short rest. Golden in the glass, this displays a wonderful density, offering ripe stone fruits, shimmering minerals and a long, salty finish. Great now, history tells this will reward drinkers for many years to come.
