A blend of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir from their own vineyards in Valvignères. The Grenache Noir was pressed over five days in an old vertical press and this is a blend of the free run juice and the last day of pressing. This was let down with some juice of directly pressed Grenache Blanc before a short élevage in old barrels. Whilst this drinks like a light red, the white grapes bring more perfumed notes of stone fruits and flowers, making for a vibrant wine of real intrigue.
