This wonderful wine comes from En Remont – the three hectares of vines planted on a steep slope amongst woodlands high in the hills of Fleurie that Julie called home. The vines here are up to ninety years old and planted over a complex terroir of pink granite, basalt and quartz. A gleaming ruby in the glass, this is a compelling wine of rare balance and poise. Delicious now, it will age with grace for years to come.
