A blend of Fiano, Falanghina, Coda di Volpe and Greco from a fifty year old parcel planted some five hundred metres above sea level in Montemarano. This spends four days on skins and almost a year in sandstone amphorae. Bottled by the magnum, it pours a vivid shade of yellow and is fragrant with exotic fruits and flowers. Full of energy, this really dances across the palate and goes down easy. As charming a vino da tavola as you will ever find.
