Amphora Rosato

A beautiful rosato of Susumaniello that sits on its skins for just two days before being pressed off to porcelain amphorae for a short élevage. While there is a hint of reduction open opening, this really blossoms with air, revealing a wine perfumed with red berries, wildflowers and a touch of spice. Compact and energetic on the palate, the fruit is framed by bitterness that offers refreshment in spades.
