From seventy year old vines of Pinot Noir in the lauded premier cru of ‘Les Roncerets’, this wine is a personal favourite of Fred’s and is always amongst his very best. From a warmer vintage, this is deep and profound, with soft tannins framing perfumed notes of bramble, wildflowers and spice.
