From 70 year old vines planted over a mixture of sand and gneiss. This is a direct press of Syrah poured over whole bunches of Grenache which are already fermenting in cuve. The two infuse for eight days, before being pressed off to stainless steel to rest. A fruit-forward, though delicate wine full of sun-kissed fruit that begs to be enjoyed a little chilled, in the sunshine.
