An even blend of Pinot Noir and Trousseau from forty year old vines planted over grey marl and limestone in En Curon. It was fermented as whole bunches for two months before being pressed off to cuve for a year of élevage. The aromas really soar out of the glass here. Offering a riot of red berries, earth and funk, this is as wild as they come.
