A wonderful rosé of Gamay d’Auvergne from numerous parcels grown over basalt and quartz in Corent. A portion was pressed directly, with whole bunches left to infuse in the fermenting juice for four days before being pressed to vats for a year of rest. The result is a deep, vibrant rosé perfumed with red fruit, smoke and minerals. Delicious now, it will age beautifully over the coming years.
