A wonderful rosé of Gamay d’Auvergne from numerous parcels grown over basalt and quartz in Corent. The grapes were pressed directly and aged in demi-muid for a year, before being bottled with a little residual sugar in the spring of 2022. The result is a deep, lively and perfumed wine that offers and explosion of red berries, smoke and minerals. Delicious now, it will age beautifully over the coming years.
