Sauvignon Blanc from fifty year old vines planted over clay and silex in La Grand-Cléré. The grapes were destemmed by hand and after a month of maceration, pressed slowly to barrel for a year of rest. The result is a deep amber wine that’s heady with baked orange, earth and spice, displaying remarkable density and length.
