A new cuvée based on Grolleau from the same old vines over loam as Le Zu defruit, macerated for just five days before being pressed off to cuve for a short rest. Soft and supple, like the best examples of the grape it has just the right amount of fruit, earth and funk. A formidable bistro wine that makes so much sense alongside the Loire’s robust cuisine.
