A rare treat, from a late harvest of Nino’s oldest vines of Catarratto, this spent a couple of days on the skins, before being pressed off to a single old chestnut cask. It rested there for seven years, garnering weight and complexity. This is an impossibly deep, golden wine full of dried fruits, salt and spice with a finish that never ends. A glimpse into the Marsala of old.
