A beautiful rosato of Susumaniello that sits on its skins for just twenty four hours before being pressed off to terracotta amphorae for a short élevage. Sunset pink, whilst there is a hint of reduction upon opening, this really blossoms with air, revealing a wine flavoured delicately with sour cherries, blood orange and herbs. The bittersweet flavours here offer plenty of refreshment and intrigue.
