This wonderful expression of Macabeo comes from young vines planted some five hundred metres above sea level in Vilalba des Arcs. The wine was fermented on the skins for four days, before being pressed to vats and amphora for a short rest. The resulting wine displays great purity, offering ripe stone fruits, chalky minerals and a clean salty finish. Bottled only in magnum, this is a wonderful wine to enjoy alongside seafood with friends.
