A blend of Procanico, Ansonica and Malvasia Toscana from Trish’s old vines, fermented on the skins together for a month, before nine months ageing in a large chestnut cask. A deep amber in the glass, this is a wine of real power and impeccable balance, pairing baked orange, woodsy notes and volcanic minerality to great effect. Impressive now, this will age wonderfully over the coming years.
