Bianco Vignarola


A blend of Procanico and Malvasia Toscana from Trish’s old vines, fermented on the skins for three weeks and aged in vat for nine months. Named after Lazio’s emblematic springtime dish, the aromas really jump out of the glass here with heady notes of orange zest, blossom and spice that carry all the energy of that season.
