Bianco Vignarola


A blend of Procanico and Malvasia Toscana from Trish’s young vines in Bolsena, fermented on the skins for a month and aged until the following spring. Named after Lazio’s emblematic springtime dish, this is a deep shade of amber, with firm tannins and enough earth, grit and spice to stand up to the more robust of Cucina Romana’s dishes.
