A blend of Procanico, Trebbiano, Grechetto and Malvasia Toscana from several parcels of old vines in and around Bolsena. Fermented on the skins for three weeks, before nine months of rest in demijohn. There is a beautiful density to the fruit here, whilst rich flavours of citrus and spice add plenty of intrigue.
