Procanico from old vines trained in albarello and planted at a high density in their ‘La Chiesa’ vineyard. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for three weeks, before twenty months of rest in old casks. A brilliant shade of gold, this blockbuster vintage has produced a wine of real power and poise where every little detail appears to be in place. Wonderful now, it will reward drinkers for many years to come.
