As always this is the most complex and nuanced of Roberto’s sparkling wines. This vintage is composed entirely of Spergola, refermented in the bottle with a little must from the same harvest and disgorged after two years on the lees. The result is a crisp, clean wine with delicate bubbles and complex notes of citrus and minerals that punches well above its weight.
