This beautiful pétillant naturel comes from several parcels of Gamay d’Auvergne in Saint-Maurice planted over clay and basalt. Pressed directly to cuve, the wine finished fermentation in bottle, spent eighteen months sur lattes and was disgorged in spring of 2024. A deep, vivid shade of pink in the glass, this is perfumed and vibrant, the bubbles thick with red berries and hazy minerals. A delicious, invigorating apéritif.
